A written scope before invoicing

You approve a document that says what is being built, what is not, and what it costs. Changes to it are agreed, not assumed.

A demo every two weeks

Working software in a preview environment you can click through. Not screenshots, not a status percentage.

Bad news early

If a date is slipping or an assumption was wrong, you hear it in the next update — not at the end.

Documentation you can act on

Architecture notes, runbooks and setup instructions written for a developer who has never spoken to us.
