Patients were booking by phone and forgetting. A cross-platform app with smart reminders, rescheduling and calendar sync moved bookings self-serve.

The challenge
Reception handled every booking by phone. No-shows ran high because there was no reminder path and rescheduling meant another call during opening hours.
- Prototyped and tested the booking flow with real patients
- Built once in Flutter for both platforms
